The CTL-BT-2-V offers the complete package as far as borders are concerned. It will measure, attach handles, apply vents and cut to length a 4 handle King size mattress in 60 seconds. Measure and cut in 9 seconds.

The CTL uses state of the art technology to constantly monitor and control all functions relating to the fast production of finished borders.

The vent head is able to install two 1" vents simultaneously, the border is then fed through at high speed to the double head sewing station where two direct drive sewing heads automatically receive a handle, previously prepared, attaching it equidistant between the vents whilst the second set of vents are being installed. The operation can be programmed to apply handles and vents in almost any format to suit the customers needs, i.e. with or without vents with 4, 5, 6, 8 handles, spaced in the most suitable aesthetic or anatomically correct positions.
