LSW-8BL
The next step up, suggested for manufacturers of theatre curtains or similar products is either the Seiko LSW or the Brother B897. Overlocks

Available in three main formats, three thread, four thread, or five thread, the three and five being the most predominant. The three thread machine being used primarily for neatening and securing the edges to prevent fraying, and the five thread with its independent line of stitching, being used for making up, providing a secure and neat edge. Other variants of overlocks commonly used, are those that can insert elastic, for loose covers, insert piping or automatically create a ruffle as in the case of decorative table cloths.
