Use of the FMS mattress handle sewing unit gives a wide range of options in the style and format of the handle that may be produced.

Closed or open back handles, giving the choice of applying ticking to the front and rear or just the rear for economy.
Variable multiple lines of stitching; a choice of up to 12 needles spaced at 3/16" or 9 needles at 1/4" spacing.
Integral puller feed, ensures a flat handle with a constant stitch size.
Production in a continuous length or cut pieces with our optional cutting device.

Cutting handles to length has never been easier.
The FMSHCU-203 has been designed either to link and run in conjunction with our handle production system, or operate as a stand alone unit. Either way its simplicity of use, ability to consistently cut precise lengths of handle, and its reliability in use, make it one of the most efficient handle cutting systems available.

The machine selected by FMS for attaching mattress handles to the borders, has been specifically chosen for its ability to meet the demands of today's bedding manufacturers.
